Digitalization of Agency Agreements

End-to-end digitalization of agency contracts is carried out for Türkiye's most experienced and well-established private airline Pegasus Airlines, in order to make domestic and foreign agency contracts more accessible and manageable.
 

• 47,874 pages were scanned.
• 5,910 contracts were organized.

Project Info

Contracts with domestic and foreign agencies overhauled in line with active - passive information grouped into cities and agencies respectively alphabetized on the basis of the number of people in the study.

The listed agreement and its annexes are used by Pegasus are digitalized by scanning under the relevant headings in the program. 

The project was finalized with the replacement of backs of all active contract folders and deliveries of them.
 

• No hardware investment and recruitment costs during the project
• Space was freed up by removing passive contracts that were taking up space in the workspace
• Digital access to documents of active agency contracts is enabled
• Eliminated physical document search time
• Contracts made available to multiple users simultaneously
• Agencies that need to renew contracts are detected with the digitalization of all contracts
