Digitalization of HR Personnel Files and Use via Doxagon

In this multi-location project, we aimed to digitally transform all active personnel files in the HR department of Türkiye's first private ground company ÇELEBİ HAVA SERVİSİ A.Ş. and integrate them on Doxagon_ Document Management Cloud Platform (DCP). Digital personnel files are integrated into our web-based cloud application Doxagon under two main headings, accessible from all devices running a web browser, searchable in content (OCR) and customizable on the basis of 31 different locations.

The HR department has increased its remote working performance by completing its digital transformation with time independent, secure and effective sharing qualities in accessing data.

Project Info

31 personnel files located in different locations were collected and digitized at REISSWOLF Operations Center through effective organization with ÇELEBİ HAVA SERVİSİ A.Ş. HR department. During the Doxagon integration phase, each location was able to access its own personnel files with user and authorization restrictions. During this whole process, the digital transformation process of all locations was completed without any disruption in the operation of the existing processes by keeping the error and loss rate at zero with effective communication.
